Note to the Russian people who friended me today (and the future ones).

I have been friended by seven Russian-speaking people today only, and ten in the last week.

Dear Russians,

given that my stats show only two visitors from the Russian Federation or any other Russian-speaking country with the last visit having taken place on May 14th, I realize that you didn't even take the slightest glance at my Livejournal.

Please note that I will not add you back, nor will I ever even consider it. I am friending people that I find interesting for whatever reason, but people whose language I can't read (let alone understand) are hardly that to me. Other resaons to immediately reject you are fascinating userpics of dumb ass cars, hot motorcycles or blonde babes with boobs.

So, with all that being said, will you please consider to fuck off asap and spam your own mutual journals with these useless friending trials?

Sincerely, lutos

These aren't real people anyway, but spam bots.

By which I mean they won't read what you wrote coz that's not what they do. You can report them to LJ however. Hover over userpic and you'll get "report a bot" or simply "ban user".

Oh, I already did. And as you can see in the tags, I know they won't read it...;) But I had to get it off my chest anyhow. :)

I prefer a good placebo any time!
Hey, as long as it works...

I keep trying to do just that (getting it off my chest while fully well knowing that no one's home anyway) with Telekom here whose customer service comes dangerously close to a spam bot, really.
I only feel relieved until I get yet another invoice (stating that I've been having yet another round of one-way-communication.)

Oh, wait. They cut off my tag which said: "an entry the addressed audience will probably never read." Such a long tag is apparently not allowed, hehe.

Btw, I hardly ever get these random fake friending things, and if I compare with you and other people I know have had the same thing happening to them, I'm pretty sure it's to do with the fact that I don't display an e-mail-address in my profile. (Which I don't consider necessary on LJ. If people don't want to leave a comment, they can always leave an LJ message, that's just as good as an e-mail.)

Hm, that's weird. I could have sworn that I had no email address in the open. I guess I'm lucky that it hasn't been spammed until now. Thanks for the warning.

Oh, I know, and I have nothing against Russians in general, I only dislike Russian spambots with Russian-only entries and stolen profiles (one was from an English speaking Namibian woman with no given clue as to why she did her entries in Russian...;P) friending me randomly for a reason unknown to at least me. If they were from Germany I would've said the same about German spambots.

:)
